2025 Hole in One Insurance Participants

WHAT: A program for insurance which will pay out to each insured person obtaining a hole-in-one on Thursday playdays, MWGA match play on any day, and events during the 2025 season.
WHO: Any member of MWGA is eligible to participate, and will be insured immediately after paying the insurance premium ($5). Participation is OPTIONAL.
WHEN: Like most insurance products, payout will not be immediate. It will be at the end of the 2025 season, so that all funds in the pool can be distributed equally to all insured persons who qualify.
WHERE: For the 2025 season, insurance will only cover MWGA Play Days (Thursdays), events held at Mooresville Golf Course for MWGA on Play Days, and MWGA Match Play scheduled on any day.
WHY: Because getting a hole-in-one can be EXPENSIVE! All of the HIO winner’s good friends, even the ones she doesn’t know yet, expect that she will offer to buy them a drink to celebrate her skill and good fortune!
